Since its establishment in 1980, ICONS Inc. has devoted itself to providing professional, comprehensive consulting services in aquaculture, rural development, education, and industrial development. Over more than three decades, we have focused on mainly Japan’s ODA (Official Development Assistance) projects and have made major achievements.

The demand for ODA changes as time goes by and so does the need for consulting services.

Recently, as the flow of private capital to developing countries increases, there is now a call for intermediary assistance to private investment.

But it is important to remember that such changing trends never change the true nature of ODA—“supporting people in developing countries”.
